Zogmayer studied at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna under H. Tasquil from 1975-81. He received numerous commissions for art in public spaces. Mus: Vienna (Ludwig Collection, MAK, etc.), Hannover (Sprengel-Mus.), Essen (Folkwang-Mus.), Duisburg (Lehmbruck-Mus.), Geneva, Seoul and so on..
