A characteristic feature of the Jumping Hour LUSINA by CARTIER are the off-white rotating discs, with the hour wheel always being significantly whiter, while the minute and second hands are cream-colored. All three discs are still original, each marked “Swiss” with excellent readability for an original timemachine from the 1930s.

Lusina Watch Company
Ferdynand (Fredek) Pamm founded a watch factory in Genève, Switzerland, in the early 19th century. Producing hi-grade movements for a number of prestigious watchmakers & renowned brands. In 1917 he founded the company A. Pamm Watches; Zurich, Switzerland and over a number of years, Ferdynand registered various watch company names in Switzerland like A. Pamm Vve. & Fils Watches; Zurich, Switzerland | Pamm Frères / Montres Lusina SARL Clocks, alarm clocks, Geneva, Switzerland, and others. The watch calibers produced were very reliable and successful, especially in the high-grade segment.
