W.J. F. Wagner beganns 1958 with informal drawing and painting. Since the middle of 1971 independent development of the graphics and painting of the transoptical structure - TOS - and formulation of the basic ideas of a figurative construction. From 1965 active as an architect in Berlin and Düsseldorf. Participation in national and international architectural competitions and exhibitions, execution of buildings. Sculptural and architectural works. Editor of a series of publications on the TOS after it was introduced to the architecture. Development of the project of a cathedral with academy and convention of the ecumenical movement of world religions in Berlin.
